Schöner Wanderweg, beginnend in der Oberstadt von Wiltz, der an manchen historischen Gebäuden und Monumenten vorbeizieht und der den „Bambësch“ und den „Wal“ durchquert. ***** Lovely hiking trial, starting from the upper town of Wiltz, passing a few important historical monuments and buildings and going through the “Bambësch” and the “Wal”, two forests of the south part of Wiltz.

De gevarieerde themaroutes laten u niet alleen de prachtige natuurlandschappen van de regio zien, maar geven ook informatie over een breed scala aan onderwerpen.

Der rote Kulturpfad führt zu 25 weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten, von denen sich 12 in der Unterstadt befinden. Die Länge der Strecke beträgt etwa 4,5 km. Der tiefste Punkt, 310 m, wird an der Brücke in Niederwiltz erreicht, sein höchster, 400 m, am Schrein “Unserer Lieben Frau von Fatima”, einer Wallfahrtsstätte “auf Baessent”. Sie entdecken den Rodange-Reenert-Kulturweg, einer in Europa einzigartige Allee von Fabelskulpturen, bewundern die Vielfalt von dekorierten Gewölbeschlusssteinen im alten Chor (1510) der Dekanatskirche, wandern vorbei an der letzten Windmühle Luxemburgs und über den geologischen Kreuzweg zum Schrein „Unserer Lieben Frau von Fatima“.  Der Stadtplan mit den Kulturwegen erhalten Sie gratis im Tourist Info im Schloss.  ***** The red cultural trail guides you past 25 sights and landmarks, 12 of them situated in the lower town of Wiltz. The length of the trail is about 4.5km. The lowest altitude will be reached near the bridge of Niederwiltz, at 310m above sea level, and the highest altitude is at the shrine of pilgrimage Fatima “op Baessent”, 400m above sea level. You will explore the Rodange-Reenert cultural trail, an avenue of rocky sculptures, which is unique in Europe. You can also admire the diversity of decorated keystones in the chancel of the decanal church, walk past the last windmill of Luxembourg and you take the way of the cross up to the shrine of pilgrimage Fatima. Die Wanderung führt uns auf die bewaldeten Hügel über dem Tal der Wiltz. Wir folgen teilweise der Route des nationalen Wanderweges "Sentier de la Wiltz" und überqueren die Wiltz sowie den Himmelbaach. Außerdem können Sie einige kulturellen und historischen Gebäude und Monumente der Oberstadt entdecken. ***** The “Autopedestres Wiltz” hiking trail leads you through the woody hills above the valley of Wiltz. It partly follows the hiking trail “Sentier de la Wiltz” and, thus, crosses the rivers “Wiltz” and “Himmelbaach”. You can also have a look at some of the historical buildings and monuments of the upper town of Wiltz.

Schöner Wanderweg der den Aufstieg nach Roullingen wagt und durch den Wald „Wal“ geht. Gleichzeitig kann der Wanderer die historischen Monumente und Gebäude der Oberstadt betrachten, u.a. das Wiltzer Schloss, die „Villa Thilges“ und die Kirche „Notre-Dame“. ***** Lovely hiking trail daring to attempt the ascent to Roullingen and going through the forest “Wal”. The hiker also has the possibility to have a look at the historical and cultural monuments and buildings of the upper town of Wiltz, for example the castle of Wiltz, the “Villa Thilges” or the church “Notre-Dame”.

Der gelbe Kulturpfad begreift 21 Sehenswürdigkeiten (Tafeln 1 – 21) der Oberstadt. Sie erfahren warum der Stadt Wiltz der Ehrentitel der “Cité Martyre” verliehen wurde. Sie machen Bekanntschaft mit dem Sozio-kulturellen Zentrum “Prabbeli” und dem Wiltzer Garten. Sie bewundern den mehr als 300 Jahre alten  barocken Hauptaltar in der Kirche “Unserer Lieben Frau”. Die Länge des Rundwegs beträgt etwa 3 km. Die Gesamtlänge ist auch abhängig von der Strecke die man im Wiltzer Garten zurücklegt. Sie beginnen auf einer Höhe von 385 m. Den höchsten Punkt des Weges, 450 m, erreichen Sie in der Route de Bastogne. Gegenüber dem Haus Nr. 23 führt eine Treppe nach unten zum “Prabbeli”. Wir empfehlen Besuchern mit Kinderwagen oder Rollstühlen noch 200 m weiter auf der Route de Bastogne zu bleiben um dann rechts in die Rue de la Montagne einzubiegen, welche direkt zum “Prabbeli” hinunter führt. ***** The yellow cultural trail includes 21 sights and landmarks from the upper town of Wiltz. You can learn why Wiltz is called “Cité Martyre”, you can have a look at the social and cultural centre “Prabbeli” and the garden of Wiltz. You can also admire the 300-year old barock altar in the church “Notre-Dame”. The trial is about 3 km long but the length depends on the distance you walk through the garden of Wiltz. You start at an altitude of 385m. The highest point of 450m above sea level will be reached at the Route de Bastogne. Opposite the house Nr. 23 a stair will go down to the “Prabbeli” but we suggest that visitors with wheelchairs or prams to follow the road for about 200m and then turn right into the Rue de la Montagne, leading to the “Prabbeli” too.
