Langeafstandswandelroutes in Soulatgé

Créé en 1985, le sentier Cathare relie Port la Nouvelle (Aude) à Foix (Ariège) au pied des Pyrénées. Ce parcours est l'un des plus emblématiques des Pyrénées. 

L’HexaTrek est un sentier de 3 034 km et 136 000 m de dénivelé reliant 14 des plus beaux parcs naturels francais et traversant la France des Vosges jusqu'aux Pyrénées.

La 1ère étape (Port-la-Nouvelle > Durban) peut être difficile car longue et n'offrant pas beaucoup de zones ombragées. Elle peut être divisée en 2 si vous trouvez un logement à Roquefort. Notez qu'il n'y a pas d'épicerie à Camps et Duilhac donc il faut prévoir à l'avance de quoi manger les midis et soirs. J'ai indiqué les points d'eau même ceux sans la mention "potable"car cela peut servir dans des cas extrêmes (il vaut mieux boire une eau un peu malpropre quitte à la filtrer soi-même que ne pas boire du tout)
